Ethical Decision Making for Leaders Training Workshop
This session is intended for Leaders who are intersted in ensuring ehtical behaviour amoung their employees. When we want to prevent unethical behaviour we want to direct our attention to the decision making process which always precedes the behavior.
This is typically a half day training workshop which is open and engaging allowing participants to discuss common ethical concerns and known ethical breaches. Particiapnts have the opportunity to explore areas of concern and share ideas of possible ways to improve the decision making skills of their employees. There is also an emphasis on the tools for increasing compliance amoung employees using education and training, polcies and procedures.
