Can you put an HR Policy Manual Online?
We know you can get your t.raining courses setup in an online training and testing system like you do in the TrainingToDo.com system. What about doing the same thing with an HR Manual?
The easy answer to this is Yes. Most policy manuals can be setup similar to an online course. And in many cases a policy manual is even easier to setup since they are often text or PDF formats which employees are expected to read and understand. Whereas training courses typically have video and audio.
Where a basic training system may need to be modified is for the ability to handle the testing and tracking of people as they complete the process.
