This is a 3 hour workshop style session is intended to help understand the business development process.  The key to reaching consistent sales results is an effective business development process that generates a steady stream of prospective customers for your sales team to work with.  This session works through evaluating alterative sources of leads and the setup of multiple lead generation streams to power your sales revenue.

Sales Step 2: Closing at 80%

This is a 3 hour workshop style session intended to provide basic sales techniques to create rapport, engage prospective clients in a qualification process and lead a buyer through their purchase decision.  Effective qualification and closing techniques lead to high performing sales people.  The emphasis is on longer sales cycle consultatative style selling situations and can be modified for faster paced transactional style sales models.

Being In The Lead Sales Presentation

This is a 1 hour sales presentation intended to provide a fresh and inspiring perspective for your sales team.  The foucs is on what it takes to be a leader in your market, a leader in your team and how you can apply leadership principles to perform at a higher level.  This program can be customized for your specific sectore of the market and business situation.
