Typical Answer: Usually no one responds.
Many organizations struggle because no one believes they need to be involved in selling. In reality EVERYONE in every organization needs to understand and be good at Selling.
The old definition of selling was that it was something you did to someone, you made them buy and sign a contract and only a few people in most organizations were actual sales people.And it was difficult and a dirty profession.
There is a new definition of sales or selling and it includes anything that influences a preson to make a purchase decision, increase the amount or quantity of their purchase, or anything that influences someone else to buy such as a referral.
New for 2018 is a course called "Selling Is For Everyone" and it is designed for the many businesses that do not have designated sales people. A restaurant is a good example. If you walk up considering whether to do in, the Host or Hostess, whoever greets you have an impact on whether you decide to eat there. And person after person in the business has a role on if you eat there, what you eat or drink, whether you have dessert.
If you have people who don't believe they need to sell or know they need to sell but don't know how this session is for them.
